Artículo único. Eximente del pago de derechos de importacion las carabinas Bemington que los señores Pompeyo Guzman i Octavio Hurtado introdujeron por el puerto de Buenaventura en el año pasado. En consecuencia, se terminará inmediatamente el procedimiento que se habia iniciado para el cobro de tales derechos.
