Artículo único. Apruébase el Decreto número 3, del 1° de enero de 1950, expedido por el Gobernador del Departamento del Chocó, con algunas de las modificaciones contempladas en el Decreto número 50, de enero 18 del presente año, del propio Gobernador, y otras introducidas por el Gobierno Nacional al texto original, el cual quedará así: DECRETO NUMERO 3 DE 1950 (ENERO 1°) sobre Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos del Departamento del Chocó para la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1950. El Gobernador del Departamento del Chocó, en uso de las facultades legales y de las atribuciones que le confiere el Decreto ejecutivo número 3523, de noviembre 9 de 1949, DECRETA:
