Notificación por conducta conclu yente. Cuando se hubiere omitido notificación a persona a quien deba hacerse, se entenderá cumplida para todos los efectos, si esta hubiere interpuesto recurso contra la respectiva providencia, actuado en diligencia o trámite a que se refiere la decisión no notificada. Las providencias que se dicten en el curso de las audiencias o diligencias se considerarán notificadas en ellas aunque no hayan concurrido las partes.
