La presente ley tiene por objeto promover, reconocer y facilitar la Acción Voluntaria como expresión de la participación ciudadana, el ejercicio de la solidaridad, la corresponsabilidad social, reglamentar la acción de los voluntarios en las entidades públicas o privadas y regular sus relaciones.
