Objeto. La presente Subsección tiene por objeto reglamentar la identificación, priorización, construcción, operatividad y/o mantenimiento de la infraestructura nueva, existente o infraestructura existente con necesidad de obra, asociada con los Almacenamientos Estratégicos de Gas Licuado de Petróleo (GLP), especialmente en zonas de frontera, con el interés social de garantizar la seguridad energética nacional y el suministro oportuno de Gas Licuado del Petróleo (GLP) a través del almacenamiento estratégico, en los términos del artículo 246 de la Ley 2294 de 2023 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
