Los contribuyentes dentro de la zona de influencia de una obra podrán intervenir en las etapas administrativas de liquidación de la cuantía total y distribución de las contribuciones, por intermedio de una Junta de Contribuyentes por ellos elegida en la forma que se indica en este capítulo.
