El individuo que degüelle una ó más reses sin haber obtenido la licencia, incurrirá en una multa igual al cuádruplo del impuesto causado, sin perjuicio de pagar éste, y se le decomisará la carne fraudulenta. En iguales penas incurrirá el que usare de guías expedidlas para reses beneficiadas ya.
