Ley 197 de 1959 · Por la cual se decretan por grave calamidad pública, auxilios a los damnificados de la catástrofe del río Combeima

Auxíliase con la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000) a las personas sobrevivientes damnificadas por la catástrofe del Corregimiento de Juntas, Municipio de Ibagué, causada por el desbordamiento de las aguas del río Combeima, sucedida el 30 de junio del año en curso.

Parágrafo

La suma anterior será incluida en el Presupuesto Nacional, y pagada al Municipio de Ibagué para que sea distribuida por la Junta designada por el Gobierno Municipal de Ibagué, a los damnificados.
