Adicionar un nuevo numeral al artículo 60 del Decreto-ley número 1421, así:

Artículo 6 0 . Objetivos y propósitos. La división territorial del Distrito Capital en localidades deberá garantizar: (...)

Que corresponda y coincida con el plan de ordenamiento territorial.
