Barequeros . En virtud del trato diferencial a la minería informal que consagra el artículo 107 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, los barequeros que no se encuentren en los listados reportados por las alcaldías podrán comercializar sus productos hasta por un lapso no superior a seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia de este decreto. Vencido dicho lapso se les exigirá la inscripción correspondiente.
