Sanciones al impugnante vencido. Cuando la tacha de falsedad se decida en contra de quien la propuso, se condenará a éste a pagar a quien aportó el documento, el valor del veinte por ciento del monto de las obligaciones contenidas en él, o de diez a veinte salarios mínimos mensuales cuando no represente un valor económico. Igual sanción se aplicará a la parte que adujo el documento, a favor de la que probo la tacha. Cuando el apoderado judicial formule la tacha sin autorización escrita de su mandante, será solidariamente responsable del pago de la suma a que se refiere el inciso anterior y de las costas.
