Inscripción como profesor militar . Los oficiales y suboficiales que reúnan los requisitos para ser inscritos como Profesores Militares en cualquiera de las ramas enumeradas en el artículo anterior y dentro de las categorías determinadas en el artículo 40 de este decreto, deberán elevar su solicitud al Comando competente, adjuntando los documentos que acrediten el lleno de tales requisitos.
