Revisión de sentencia condenatoria. Si la Corte encuentra fundada la causal invocada, declarará sin valor la sentencia y devolver el proceso a juzgado o tribunal diferente de aquel que profirió el fallo para que se tramite nuevamente la etapa de juzgazmiento a partir del auto de apertura aprueba.
