El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica los artículos 2.7.3.1., 2.7.3.2., 2.7.3.4., 2.7.3.5., 2.7.3.6., 2.7.3.7., 2.7.3.8., 2.7.3.9., 2.7.3.10., 2.7.3.11. y 2.7.3.12. del Decreto número 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector de Hacienda y Crédito Público y los demás que le sean contrarios.
