Otras Operaciones Desde El Resto Del Territorio Nacional A Zona Franca Industrial

Otras operaciones desde el resto del territorio nacional a Zona Franca Industrial. El usuario operador podrá autorizar el ingreso temporal a Zona Franca Industrial de bienes procedentes del resto del territorio nacional, siempre que

Sean equipos y demás bienes necesarios para la prestación de servicios por parte de las personas naturales o jurídicas domiciliadas o residenciadas en el resto del territorio nacional;

Sean equipos y herramientas en libre disposición que requieran los usuarios de las Zonas Francas para su normal funcionamiento. La introducción de este tipo de bienes no se considerará exportación.
