VACACIONES DEL PERSONAL EN COMISIÓN EN OTRAS ENTIDADES. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Política Nacional en actividad, cuando presten sus servicios en comisiones en otras dependencias del Estado, disfrutarán de sus vacaciones anuales de acuerdo con las necesidades de la respectiva dependencia, la cual debe expedir con destino a la Dirección de Personal una certificación sobre la época y circunstancia en que el comisionado hizo uso del citado beneficio.
