°. Cultivo . El cultivo de los recursos naturales que vayan a ser utilizados en productos farmacéuticos, debe realizarse de acuerdo con las buenas prácticas de cultivo, que se aplicarán teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del mismo y la reglamentación que sobre el particular expidan los Ministerios de Salud, Agricultura o Medio Ambiente y demás autoridades competentes, según la materia de que se trate.
