La entidad administradora del Fondo y del recaudo de la Cuota podrá efectuar visitas de inspección a los libros de contabilidad de los sujetos de la Cuota y/o de las personas naturales y jurídicas retenedoras de la Cuota según el caso para asegurar el debido pago de la Cuota de Fomento prevista en esa ley.
