° Con vista de los documentos enumerados en el artículo anterior, y otorgada la fianza en que consten los compromisos indicados en los ordinales 3.°, 4.°, 5 º y 6.º del artículo 24 del Decreto número 241 de 1904, el Director General decretará la admisión y la comunicará al Director ó á la Directora de la Escuela Normal respectiva.
