Articulo 2°. La partida necesaria para el pago de tales becas se imputará al artículo y capitulo respectivos del .Decreto de liquidación administrativa del Presupuesto Nacional para la vigencia en curso, y para su pago se requerirá que el becado acompañe a la cuenta respectiva el certificado del Director de la citada Escuela de Agricultura en que conste que cursa estudios regulares en ella. Comuníquese y publíquese.
