º Remitese a la Universidad Nacional la deuda de diez y siete mil pesos ($ 17.000.00) que tiene pendiente con el Instituto de Higiene Samper Martínez del Ministerio de Salud Pública, como saldo del precio del contrato a que se refieren los considerandos de este Decreto.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Salud Pública, con intervención de la Contraloría General de la República, efectuará las operaciones necesarias para que tenga efectividad esta remisión.
