De la revocatoria de la providencia que ordena la actualización del escalafón o la inscripción en la Carrera. El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil procederá a revocar directamente el acto administrativo de inscripción en la Carrera Administrativa o de actualización del escalafón cuando se compruebe que el empleado para tales efectos aportó documentación cuyo contenido sea falso, sin perjuicio de las acciones penales y disciplinarias a que haya lugar.
