Del abuso de funciones. Los miembros de las Juntas o Consejos y los Gerentes o Directores que, valiéndose de su cargo, ejecuten funciones públicas distintas de las que legalmente les corresponden, serán destituídos y no podrán en adelante desempeñar cargos públicos.
