°. Administración. La administración del fondo de desarrollo comunal estará a cargo del Ministerio de Gobierno, y sus funcionarios y empleados serán los mismos de éste, y su control será ejercido por la Contraloría General de la República por intermedio de la Auditoria Fiscal ante dicho Ministerio.
