º. Adicionar al artículo 2º del Decreto 2935 del 3 de diciembre de 2002 un

Parágrafo

del siguiente tenor: "

Parágrafo 2

Para los Sistemas de Transporte Terrestre Masivos de Pasajeros consumidores de ACPM definidos en el artículo anterior, el Ingreso al Productor al cual la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, podrá vender el ACPM importado o producido en las refinerías del país, distribuido de manera directa o a través de los Distribuidores Mayoristas, será el de paridad de precios de importación que para tal efecto establezca el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
