° Apruébanse los Estatutos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Santa Marta, determinados por el Acuerdo número 3-Bis de abril 9 de 1976, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 3 (Bis) DE 1976 (abril 9) por el cual se determinan los Estatutos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Santa Marta. La Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Santa Marta, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, acuerda :
