Article 13

El Servicio Médico De Los Ministerios Atenderá Gratuitamente Las Intervenciones Quirúrgicas Que Sea Necesario Practicar, Pero Cuando Haya Que Recurrir A Otros Profesionales O Esos Servicios Se Ejecuten Fuera De La Capital, Regirá La Siguiente Norma: Para Operaciones De Pequeña Cirugía El Gobierno Auxiliará Hasta Con La Suma De Treinta Pesos ($ 30); Para Operaciones De Alta Cirugía, Incluyendo Gastos De Esterilización, Ayudante, Anestesia Y Derechos De Instrumental, Hasta Con La Suma De Cien Pesos ($ 100)

El Servicio Médico de los Ministerios atenderá gratuitamente las intervenciones quirúrgicas que sea necesario practicar, pero cuando haya que recurrir a otros profesionales o esos servicios se ejecuten fuera de la capital, regirá la siguiente norma: para operaciones de pequeña cirugía el Gobierno auxiliará hasta con la suma de treinta pesos ($ 30); para operaciones de alta cirugía, incluyendo gastos de esterilización, ayudante, anestesia y derechos de instrumental, hasta con la suma de cien pesos ($ 100).

Parágrafo

Para las operaciones de alta cirugía el empleado tendrá derecho, además, al servicio de enfermera por cinco días, y para tal efecto, recibirá un auxilio hasta por la suma de quince pesos ($ 15).
