º. En la primera quincena de agosto el Contralor General de la República informará al Congreso del estado en que se encuentren las reservas en la vigencia en curso. Este informe, junto con el cuadro que el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público presentará a las Cámaras en los términos indicados en el inciso 1º del artículo 20, determinarán la forma en que deba expedirse el presupuesto de ajuste que modifique lo Ley de Apropiaciónes, como se prevé en el inciso 2º del mismo artículo.
