La inversión de los recursos provenientes de las reservas de los seguros de invalidez, vejez y muerte del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, ISS, sólo podrá hacerse en títulos emitidos por la Nación o entidades públicas financieras que lo hayan solicitado y cuenten con el concepto previo y favorable del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social, Conpes.
