El Consejo de Estado estará integrado por veinte (20) Consejeros y se dividirá en dos Salas: Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo y Sala de Consulta y de Servicio Civil. Además tendrá cuatro Fiscales.

Parágrafo

Queda en estos términos sustituído el artículo 21 del Decreto extraordinario número 528 de 1964.
