La providencia de que se viene tratando se notificara a los propietarios en la forma siguiente: si tuvieren residencia en el lugar en que está situada la finca, se ocurrirá por el Secretario a la casa de habitación hasta por tres veces en días diferentes, transcurridos los cuales se fijara un anuncio en la puerta de la habitación, si no residiere el propietario en el lugar donde está situada la finca, se tocara con el administrador ó arrendatario de ella, a quien se hará la notificación previniéndole de aviso inmediatamente al propietario. Además, la especificación adjunta al plano se publicara en todos los periódicos oficiales que se publiquen en el territorio por donde pase la vía, y en el Diario Oficial.
