Prestaciones económicas derivadas de las licencias por enfermedad y riesgos laborales y de la licencia de maternidad o paternidad. Durante la licencia por enfermedad general o profesional, maternidad o paternidad el empleado tiene derecho a las prestaciones económicas señaladas en la normativa que las regula, las cuales estarán a cargo de la entidad de seguridad social competente. Cuando la licencia por enfermedad general sea igual o inferior a dos (2) días se remunerará con el 100% del salario que perciba el servidor. A partir del tercer día la licencia por enfermedad genera vacancia temporal en el empleo y se remunerará de conformidad con las normas de Seguridad Social en Salud.
