Art. 10. Si del examen de forma resultare que el sistema de Contabilidad bajo el cual se ha llevado la cuenta del Distrito es diferente del que está prevenido en el presente decreto, se devolverá dicha cuenta al empleado responsable de ella para que la rehaga en el perentorio término de cuatro días más el doble de la distancia. Los demás reparos que se hicieren á una cuenta en el examen de su forma no impedirán el que debe versar sobre el manejo del responsable.
