En el módulo referente a “TÉRMINO DE DURACIÓN”, cuando la sucursal de sociedad extranjera se reactive, se debe dejar constancia de la información referente a la inscripción, tanto de la disolución, como de la reactivación, así: INSTRUCCIONES A LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO ANEXO 2 - INSTRUCTIVO PARA LOS CERTIFICADOS QUE EXPIDEN LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO La sucursal de sociedad extranjera se disolvió y entró en estado de liquidación XXX (“por vencimiento de término” o mediante XXX (documento privado, Escritura Pública No. XXXX o Acta No. XXX delXX (fecha)” del (Accionista Único, Notaría XX de XXX (ciudad) o XXXX (el órgano que se reúne (Junta de Socios, Asamblea de Accionistas), inscrita en esta Cámara de Comercio el (fecha) con el No. xxx del Libro XX y por (documento privado, Escritura Pública No. XXXX o Acta No. XXX del XX (fecha)” del (Accionista Único, Notaría XX de XXX (ciudad) o XXXX (el órgano que se reúne (Junta de Socios, Asamblea de Accionistas), inscrita en esta Cámara de Comercio el (fecha) con el No. xxx del Libro XX, la sucursal extranjera de la referencia se reactivó.
