Art. 2.° A cada poblador que sea cabeza de familia o deba ser considerado como tal, tanto de los establecidos ya como de los que en adelante se establezcan en las tierras cedidas por este decreto, se adjudicará la estension de terreno señalada por e1 inciso 1,° artículo único de la lei de 23 de abril de 1849, esto es, cincuenta fanegadas, o sean treinta i dos hectaras.
