Si en el curso de la vigencia fiscal de 1965, se presetaren las circunstancias previstas, en el artículo 75 del Decreto-ley 1675 de 1964, la reducción o el aplazamiento afectarán en forma estrictamente proporcional todas las partidas presupuestales de gastos.
