La Empresa Social del Estado Centro Dermatológico "Federico Lleras Acosta", es una Empresa Social del Estado, descentralizada del orden nacional, con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, adscrita al Ministerio de Salud, de las previstas en los artículos 194, 195 y 196 de la ley 100 de 1993, en calidad de Institución de Prestación de Servicios, integrante del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
