Destinase la suma de cuarenta mil pesos moneda corriente ($ 40.000.00) para dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

Esta suma será incluida en el presupuesto de 1961. En caso de no serlo, se autoriza al gobierno para que haga los traslados de rigor, a fin de dar cumplimiento a esta ley.
