Destínase la partida de doce mil pesos ($12.000) anuales, que se incluirán en los Presupuestos de las vigencias venideras, con el objeto de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, y cuyo pago se hará de conformidad con las normas dictadas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
