Es obligatorio para el Presidente de la Junta Nacional de Títulos Médicos remitir al Ministerio de Educación Nacional la copia de las actas del examen y del permiso para ejercer la profesión cuando lo otorgare. A su turno el Ministerio dará cuenta a las Juntas Seccionales de la comunicación recibida de la Junta Nacional.
