º Con el exclusivo fin de hacer más fácil y económica la adquisición y conservación de los bienes muebles por parte del Instituto, este podrá montar los talleres de conservación y de fabricación necesarios, o celebrar contratos para el mantenimiento o producción regulares de determinados elementos o conceder autorizaciones a otros organismos para los mismos fines.
