Las autoridades y funcionarios de la República están obligados a vigilar y denunciar lodo hecho punible, cometido por los administradores y empleados de una sociedad cooperativa en el desempeño de sus funciones, y particularmente aquellos que signifiquen la adulteración en las sustancias, cantidad o calidad de los suministros u otra defraudación a los socios o a terceros.
