Es traslado el conocimiento que se da a las partes de demandas, de autos, del expediente o parte de él, para que expongan lo que tengan a bien.

El traslado se surte notificando el auto en que se manda dar y poniendo a disposición de las partes, en la Secretaría, para sacarlos, o para estudiarlos, según los casos, los autos o la porción de ellos sobre que versa el traslado. Estas circunstancias deben anotarse por el Secretario en el expediente, en la debida oportunidad.
