Articulo 3º. En caso de duda sobre la correcta clasificación de un producto, se tendrán en cuenta las notas explicativas y ordenaciones alfabéticas de productos realizadas por expertos de organismos especializados y de reconocida autoridad en el orden internacional y utilizando las traducciones que de los mismos realice la oficina de registro de la propiedad industrial de España.
