La solicitud de libertad condicional debe ir acompañada de la resolución favorable del Director del establecimiento, dictada de acuerdo con el Consejo de Disciplina, de la copia de la cartilla biográfica y de los demás documentos que prueben los requisitos exigidos por el Código Penal.
