El control jurisdiccional de los actos, contratos, hechos y operaciones de las Áreas Metropolitanas, será de competencia de la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo correspondiente al departamento al cual pertenezca el municipio núcleo o metrópoli, en los términos señalados para el orden departamental.
