Las adjudicaciones de baldíos de que trata el artículo 3° del Decreto número 372 de este año deben ser sometidas por la Junta de la Colonia militar y agrícola de Santa Marta á la aprobación del Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, en la misma forma en que deben ser sometidas al mismo Ministerio todas las adjudicaciones de baldíos de conformidad con los artículos 922, 923, 927, 928, 930, 931, 932, 934 del Código Fiscal.
