ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.5 .- PROGRAMAS CON EL FONDO OBRERO. De conformidad con el artículo 123 de la ley 09 de 1989, el Banco Central Hipotecario podrá adelantar programas conjuntos de inversión con el Fondo Obrero, con sujeción a los plazos de amortización, intereses garantías y demás condiciones financieras para la adjudicación, establecidos en la ley 09 de 1989 para la vivienda de interés social.
