Cuando por disposición del Gobierno Nacional se imponga algún tipo de restricción de aplicación inmediata a las importaciones ya autorizadas, los registros y las licencias de importación deberán ser modificados cumpliendo los nuevos requisitos para poder utilizarse dentro del plazo de vigencia.
