Se faculta al Gobierno Nacional para que, dentro de los (3) meses siguientes a la expedición de esta ley, compile las normas aplicables a la conciliación, que se encuentren vigentes, en esta ley, en la Ley 446 de 1998 , en la Ley 23 de 1991 y en las demás disposiciones vigentes, sin cambiar su redacción ni su contenido.
